PLEASE NOTE ANY ORDERS PLACED ONLINE FROM 23RD DECEMBER THROUGH TO THE 1ST JANUARY WILL THEN BE DISPATCHED ON THURSDAY 2ND JANUARY WITH OUR COURIERS. NO ORDERES WILL LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AFTER THE 23RD DECEMBER UNTIL THE 2ND JANUARY.

We will endeavour to dispatch to the UK mainland within 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt of payment and completion of your order; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. BE Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

Deliveries are made by Couriers Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

It is the customer’s responsibility to supply BE Furniture Ltd with the correct Shipping information. BE Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability for any postage costs if the wrong delivery information has been supplied.

An email is sent to you the day of shipment, if you have not received your item within three working days of receiving the email please contact us, by telephone, in case your product has gone missing.

When you receive your item/s from the courier it is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked, and in good condition, BEFORE signing the delivery note. If the couriers attempt to deliver a parcel with damaged packaging, Please REFUSE it and instruct the driver to return it back to us. This is to comply with our Couriers Insurance Policy. Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving goods by phoning us. This does not affect you statutory rights on the supply of goods (see Returns, Cancellations & Substitutions for more information).

If you wish to return an item please return it within 14 days of reporting that you’d like to return it. It must be returned in it’s original box or in alternative cardboard that fully covers the item or with many layers of cling film so the item does not fall open or get damaged whilst being transported.

If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct within the timescale stated. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If you decide after receiving an item you wish to return the goods we will refund 100% of the sale fee but not the original postage fee once goods have been returned to us in their original condition.
