BE Furniture Sales recently sent up a 12T lorry full of Aluminium Cafe Sets for Darlington’s outdoor dining initiative.
Darlington will see dozens of al fresco drinking and dining options, many of them in the town centre, launched in the coming weeks.
Starting from today (6th August) the following places will have outside seating areas and these will be available from 5pm Thursday to Sunday evenings

- Twenty 2
- Dr. Inks
- HASH
Skinnergate moving outdoors – As well as outside seating areas during the day, tables will also be available on evenings as there will be a manned road closure.
- Phixx Coffee Lounge
- Voodoo (Start date to be confirmed)
- Al Forno
- Influence Cafe
- Tre Amici
- Bombay Gate (Start date to be confirmed)
- Fraser’s (Start date to be confirmed)
Other venues:
- The House of Hop (Start date to be confirmed)
- The Pennyweight (Start date to be confirmed)
- Bondgate Tavern (Start date to be confirmed)
There are many other venues which already have outside seating areas including Uno Momento, Imperial Express Cafe, Tapas Bar, The Juniper Tree, Macy Brown’s, Avalon, Dolphin Centre Bistro & The Hole in the Wall.
